Capital Gains Tax Returns: SA108

Investors looking to submit their year end online Capital Gains Tax return to HMRC must do so by the 31st January, if one or more of the following conditions were met during the preceding tax year ending 5th April:

Disposed of chargeable assets in the year to 5 April totalling more than 4 times the Annual Exemption
Chargeable gains before deducting losses total more than Annual Exemption
They want to claim an allowable capital loss
